This club was struggling with declining
membership and community engagement. Through our Community Match Day program, they organized a festival

When we started working with this community,
there was resistance to girls playing football. Through parent workshops, demonstration sessions, and
persistent outreach, attitudes shifted. Today the girls' team has 30 members and competes in regional

Village of Kladanj
Our mobile training program brought
inclusive football to this rural village with limited sports infrastructure. Local volunteers were
trained, equipment was donated, and now the village runs weekly sessions for 40 youth from surrounding
areas.
